Delivery and Returns
Free delivery is available on thousands of items over EGP 5,000. Choose a specific delivery date and time that suits you for an additional fee.
Overview of delivery options:
Delivery through our representative or the shipping company preferred by the customer
1. Order the product and select the delivery method.
2. You will receive an order confirmation message.
3. Wait for your order to arrive.
4. Receive your order from the payment area.
Exchange or return goods
If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded remotely within 14 days of its conclusion.
In order to maintain the right to terminate the agreement, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original condition. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a refund request.
Product returns will not be accepted if at least one component is missing:
Fully equipped equipment;
A receipt proving the fact of purchase from the online store;
Warranty card;
A document containing a description of the defect issued by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the conditions provided for by current legislation.
